Please plan on attending this year’s Annual General Meeting and Banquet on Feb 10, 2018 at the Sheraton Inn, Red Deer, Alberta.

Tickets are available from Dawn Turner (dawn01@xplornet.ca or 403 818-4803) for $65/each or $500/table (8 tickets).  Outfits that buy at least one table will be eligible to submit a nomination for “Top Guide” award. This is a long overdue way of being able to recognize and honor some of the amazing trail guides that make our outfits shine. We will be awarding the “top guides” a beautiful, engraved custom knife to mark the occasion. More info as to submission requirements will follow.

This year’s banquet is a big change from what we’ve done for the past several years.  Venue, entertainment, awards, and fundraising are all facing changes.  Our goal is to ensure the annual banquet becomes a thriving event for outfits to bring together clients, friends, family and associates for an energized night of networking, socializing and  fundraising.  We strongly believe that every single member stands to benefit from attending,  and  are counting  on the support of our outfitters to make it a success.
